Two days after an atmospheric river type storm… and PG&E says almost 3-thousand customers are still without power this morning. Nearly a-thousand folks are still in the dark in Santa Cruz county… while in Monterey County almost 2-thousand customers are without power. A representative from PG&E says there’s no estimate when power will be restored.
