All but 67, of the 8,000 P.G. & E. Customers who lost their power at 4:30 yesterday afternoon, had their power restored last night. P.G. & E. Crews are still on-scene and hope to have those final customers (between Lockewood Lane and Twin Pines Drive…..in the Arrowhead Way area) back on-line before 7 this morning.
