A grass fire this afternoon broke out on highway-68 and reservation road in Monterey county, due to some downed power lines. c-h-p- dispatch told ksco that East bound traffic on highway-68 is being diverted to reservation road and south davis road, the westbound lane is open. The fire, broke out just before 3 p.m., and has been extinguished. Pg and e crews are on scene trying to repair the power lines.
