Utility lines and equipment may be responsible for several fires started in California. In a report released on Monday, PG&E said despite safety power shut offs that fires in Lafayette may have been caused by power lines. It was also reported that a transmission tower could have started the Kincade fire in Sonoma County. That blaze has forced the evacuation of 200 thousand residents.
