Postal service investigators are looking int a case of mailbox tampering in Scotts Valley. The investigation was launched after it was discovered that someone had used a glue like substance to interfere with mail being put in a public mail drop box on the 200 block of Kings Village Road. Anyone with any information on the incident is encouraged to contact the U.S. Postal Service.
