Due to the extreme fire conditions of high winds and very dry weather (that’s expected late afternoon tomorrow, and into Thursday), residents in portions of 16 counties have been notified they may experience Public Safety Power Shut-Offs. This time, the counties impacted are: Alpine, Amador, Butte, Calaveras, El Dorado, Lake, Mendocino, Napa, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, San Mateo, Sierra, Sonoma, Sutter and Yuba.
