A series of 5 meetings are coming up in the next 2 weeks, regarding what people are hoping for when it comes to a potential buy-out of Cal-Am Water Company (on the Monterey Peninsula). All of the “Listening Sessions” are slated to begin at 6 p.m. On Monday, the meeting is scheduled to be held in the Seaside City Council Chambers; on Tuesday, in the Monterey Peninsula Water Management District Offices; on Wednesday, it’s slated to be in the Monterey City Council Chambers; and on Thursday, in the Pacific Grove City Council Chambers. The following Tuesday (January 15th) the session is scheduled to be held in Carpenter Hall in the Sunset Center in Carmel.
