A Pebble Beach man pleaded not guilty this week to 3-counts of forcible rape. Convicted rapist, Tom Pollacci is currently serving an 8-year sentence after he was convicted this past April for raping a Colorado woman in his family’s Pacific Grove liquor store. Wednesday’s new charges relate to alleged rapes that took place in 2007 and 2008. Pollacci faces a possible life sentence in the new case, a trial is slated for April 11th.
