(08:15) Salinas – Salinas Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a woman who allegedly stole items from a makeup store in Salinas. The theft took place on Wednesday at Ulta Beauty at the Northridge Mall Shopping Center. A picture of the woman was captured on surveillance video, and can be seen on Salinas Police Departments Facebook Page. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact authorities.
