(08:50) Monterey – Authorities reported that a man and woman were caught on surveillance video stealing from a business in Monterey. The pair allegedly stole more than $1,000 worth of property. A picture of the 2 can be seen on the Monterey Police Department’s Facebook Page. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact authorities.
