NEARBY RESIDENTS AND BUSINESSES WERE TOLD TO REMAIN INSIDE UNTIL THE SITUATION WAS RESOLVED. OFFICERS ARRESTED 60 YEAR OLD ARTHUR BISCHOFF ON CHARGES OF MAKING CRIMINAL THREATS AND BRANDISHING A FIREARM REPLICA, WITNESSES SAY THE SUSPECT WAS UPSET OVER THE DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY CONTAINING DRUG PARAPHERNALIA.
