Dr. Arquilla has also worked as an analyst for the RAND Corporation, and is the author of several books, including Worst Enemy: The Reluctant Transformation of the American Military, and, this year he released Insurgents, Raiders, and Bandits: How Masters of Irregular Warfare Have Shaped Our World.
