A Pleasure Point mural honors murder victim Tushar Atre. A local artist has painted na sperm whale on the bathrooms along East Cliff Drive at the corner of 32nd Avenue. The mural was funded by Friends of Tushar Atre, who lived a few house from the project.Te mural was actualized through the County Parks Department’s Just-in-Time process which allows pre-approved community-initiated and funded art projects on public structures.
