plea deals have been reached for 4 of 5 suspects involved in a 2010 attack outside of a hollister restaurant. 26 year old jose l. jiame, 23 year old michael mendoza and 25 year old alberto comenero pleaded no contest to lesser felony charges. they are expected to serve 180 day terms in san benito county jail and 4 years of felony probation. 19 year old alexander trujillo also accepted a plea deal and is SCHEDULED to be sentenced on JANUARY 12th. 26 year old samuel canela is fighting the charges, with a 3 day trial scheduled for march 12th. he faces charges of assault with a deadly weapon, battery causing great bodily harm and gang enhancements.
