A 54-year-old former santa cruz real estate broker is scheduled to be sentenced next month. That, after Louisa Katrina Dubinsky agreed to a plea deal for multiple counts of fraud. Dubinsky had faced 39-counts related to stealing more than 500-thousand dollars from her clients, however, under the plea agreement, she pleaded “no contest” to 15 charges. Dubinsky is scheduled to return to court for sentencing on February 8th.
