A Skywest flight bound for San Francisco had to make an emergency landing at Monterey Peninsula Airport on Friday afternoon, when pressure problems developed. The change in pressure caused the oxygen-masks to deploy, and the Embraer E-120 turbo-propeller plane was forced to land. Several emergency crews responded, and the plane landed safely. 3 of the 29 passengers aboard were treated for ear pain by paramedics. The travelers, who had taken- off from Santa Barbara, continued to San Francisco on the ground. The plane ultimately continued, with the crew aboard, after being inspected.
