The identities have been released of the 2 victims of a fatal plane crash outside of salinas. 24-year-old salinas resident david gary ostendorf and 32-year-old arizona resident alfred mellone III were killed in the crash. The cause is being investigated, however they were reportedly doing acrobatics before the 7 a.m wreck.
