A proposed smoking ban in Pacific Grove is scheduled for a second and final vote by the city council. At their meeting Wednesday night, the first vote was held on a ban on smoking at waterfronts, parks, recreational areas and buildings surrounding golf links. The vote held at the Wednesday meeting approved the ban, but a second and final vote is scheduled for December 1st.
