The Planning Chief for Pacific Grove, who won city employee of the year 3 years ago, has resigned. Anastazia Aziz said she didn’t feel she had the ‘capacity to continue to lead her team’. She complimented her staff members in an e-mail to her team….saying she ‘could not have put together a more superior team’.
