A Pacific Grove man was sentenced for voter registration fraud. Richard Davis told authorities he registered his deceased grand father along with his dog to vote in Monterey County. Davis was charged after he turned himself into law enforcement to make a point. He was sentenced to 3 years probation on Friday.
