A 25 year-old Pacific Grove man has been sentenced to spend 7 years in prison. That after Stewart Maxwell Napier pleaded guilty to one count of vehicular manslaughter in connection with a fatal D.U.I. crash on Highway 1 in December 2018. Napier was under the influence of Heroin and Methamphetamine, and was driving distracted when he ran his vehicle into the back of 24 year-old Gregory Ancona’s car, causing Ancona’s car to leave the roadway. Ancona was pronounced dead at the scene.
