Despite a claim of bankruptcy, PG&E is asking the judge to approve a plan to continue paying 130-million dollars in employee bonuses.
About 14-thousand PG&E employees are due to receive their bonuses in march.
Just last week, the utility company reneged on a 1-point 2 million dollar settlement with victims of a 20-15 fire in butte county… declaring the company needed to conserve its cash before filing for chapter 11.
