The state public utilities commission voted yesterday five to zero to approve pg&e’s 58-billion dollar bankruptcy re-organization plan.
As part of the approval the p-u-c demanded the utility company quickly become a company that serves customers safely with no repeat of fires and explosions.
The vote came after two hours of public comment… where members of the public pleaded with the p-u-c to reject the bankruptcy plan.
