A ceremony is taking place at the new Pfeiffer Canyon Bridge. Several local officials will be joined by Caltrans representatives and state Senator Bill Monning for a ribbon cutting ceremony at the Bug Sur Highway 1 Bridge that replaced the one destroyed by last winter’s storms. The event starts at 10 a.m.
