The woman believed to be an accomplice in the murder of Monterey county psychiatrist Dr. Thomas Burchard made a court appearance in Clark county today.
Diana Nicole Pena faces murder and conspiracy charges. She turned herself in on Saturday.
Meanwhile… still at large is John Logan Kennison. Kennison’s girlfriend, Kelsey Turner, is also in custody in Clark County.
The trio is believed to have murdered Burchard in march and left his body in the trunk of turner’s car abandoned near lake mead in Nevada.
According to turner’s attorney, the former playboy model denies any role in the doctor’s death.
