In response to the pandemic, the Pacific Coast Athletic League Board of Managers has suspended formal league competition in all sports for the remainder of the 2020-2021 school year.
According to the league, the decision was made out of caution and based upon current COVID-19 restrictions. PCAL says it wants to give all 34 league schools — in four counties — the flexibility to provide their students with sports experiences as the restrictions change and their local situation allows.
