Parole Revoked-8/23/19-1605-PMD

A man convicted of a 1984 murder is back in prison after committing new crimes in Oregon. Gary Randolf Gray was convicted of murder in Santa Cruz County for killing Raul Lopez in 1984. Gray received a life sentence, but was paroled in February 2018. He was released from prison by the Board of Parole and was put in a drug treatment program, but left prematurely.  At hearing on Thursday, the Board of Parole revoked his parole and returned Mr. Gray to prison to continue serving his life sentence.
