The Monterey County DA’s office is reporting that parole has been revoked for a quadruple murderer. The State Parole board rescinded Harold Bicknell’s parole after Governor Newsome ordered an investigation into the parole of the Seaside resident. . Bicknell’s surviving family members were under the impression that he would never be paroled and opposed the decision. Governor Newsom reversed the decision for parole, saying that Bicknell was still a danger to society.
