Parole has again been denied for a 57-year-old former watsonville man convicted of murdering a seascape resident in 1984. Richard vance Richardson remains in custody at salano state prison in Vacaville. He will be eligible for parole again in 3-years. Richardson was convicted of 2nd degree murder for the stabbing death of john muir.
