A man who was convicted of multiple murders in the 1970s has been denied parole. 57-year-old barry Austin brown pleaded guilty to killing 3-people in 1974, including a 7-11 clerk on santa cruz’s Cardiff place. Brown will again be eligible for parole in 2015.
