An 18 year-old Everett Alvarez High School student could face 1 year in jail if he is convicted of hitting and killing a 14 year-old student in the school’s parking lot. Hector Villegas said he did not see the boy before he hit him, nor did he realize he had hit anyone in the 7:45 a.m. accident.
