The money collected from meters in downtown Santa Cruz, between December 18th and 25th will be donated to Hope Services. The local non-profit has helped to keep several downtown streets clean for over 20 years, and this is a way the City Of Santa Cruz, and the Downtown Association Of Santa Cruz, help out the organization in return. Over the years hope services has received more than 100-thousand dollars from the Parking For Hope Program.
