People no longer need permits to enter Palo Corona Regional Park. For years the Monterey Peninsula Regional Park District had to limit the number of permits per day to 21, due to having only limited parking available for the park in Carmel Valley. That’s no longer the case, because now park visitors can use the parking lot at the old Rancho Canada Golf Course….and walk over.
