A paddle-out, to honor surf legend Jack O’Neill, is planned for next month. The celebration of life for the man who created wetsuits is slated to take place Sunday July 9th starting at 11 a.m. at Pleasure Point Beach in Santa Cruz. Memorial contributions can be sent to the O’Neill Sea Odyssey non-profit, which teaches children about marine life.
