Over the weekend a pacific grove man, Neal Norman, shot and killed a chef at a stop on his way to visit a family member. Norman then took Bagley’s Subaru, stopped the car facing oncoming traffic, and took up a position to fire waiting for someone to approach. He was then struck and killed by the first car he encountered on the roadway. Criminal charges are not expected to be filed.
