THE PRINCIPAL OF THE NATIONALLY ACCLAIMED PACIFIC COLLEGIATE CHARTER SCHOOL HAS RETIRED. ARCHIE DOUGLAS HAS RESIGNED AFTER JUST THREE YEARS AS PRINCIPAL. DOUGLAS CITES A LACK OF CHALLENGE AT THE SCHOOL AS THE MAIN REASON OF HIS RESIGNATION. SIMON FLETCHER WHO HAS BEEN VICE PRINCIPAL SINCE THE SCHOOL WAS FOUNDED 14 YEARS AGO, HAS BEEN NAMED INTERIM PRINCIPAL.
