A deal to pull P,G&E out of bankruptcy has been reached with state officials. On Friday, Governor Newsom’s office announced that the utility agreed to an overhaul its board of directors, and financial operations. The company could be broken up and sold off if it doesn’t emerge from bankruptcy by June 30th.
