P.G. & E. has agreed to help move a private school away from their gas distribution facility in Hollister. That after a suit was filed against the utility alleging that P.G. & E. did not appropriately notify neighbors (of the distribution center) when they were going to test its pipeline back in February of 2014. As part of the settlement, the utility agreed to both fund the re-location of Hollister Seventh Day Adventist School, and come up with a written policy for notifying communities before gas venting activities take place.
