An overnight installation project in Santa Cruz County is scheduled to begin on Highway 17 next week. Crews will be placing a new strand and fiber for Comcast Cable between Glenwood Drive and Spanish Oaks Road near Scotts Valley. The right lane of northbound Highway 17 will be closed between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. Work is expected to be completed by Friday, May 8th. Motorists can expect minimal delays.
