Monterey County Authorities now plan to file criminal charges against a paradise resident, in connection with the death of a Monterey woman. 35-year-old Gabriel Antonio Martinez is expected to surrender to authorities on Tuesday. He could be charged with manslaughter, or possibly murder, in connection with a drug overdose that left 30-year-old lisa Michele groveman dead. She was found in her apartment on the 5-hundred block of Aguajito Road, after Martinez sought help from a patrolling police officer.
