A power outage that initially impacted more than 8000 P.G. & E. customers in the Pacific Grove area this morning, was down to about 4,300 by 10:37 a.m., and down to 86 customers by 12 minutes after 11. P.G. & E workers hope to have all power restored to that area by 12:15 this afternoon. That outage began at 8:52 this morning.
