The General Manager of the Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in Capitola will be hiring about 150 people prior to their grand opening later this month. That celebration is expected to be held starting at 10 a.m. Monday December 17th. The restaurant is located at 34-hundred Clares Street….across from the Trader Joe’s store.
