State officials have confirmed the death of a Bay Area woman who recently drowned while diving in Carmel. The incident was reported at Point Lobos on February 15th shortly before 11 a.m. First responders transported the 19-year-old victim to the hospital where she was pronounced dead. The woman’s death has been ruled an accident.
