(20:11) SALINAS- The Salinas Police Department Announced last night (Thurs) that it had confirmed murder suspect Brad Azcona was surrounded by the SWAT team in a North Salinas residence. At about 5:15 p.m. the department issued a statement saying that crisis negotiation teams, along with a behavioral health team were also on scene. Azcona is wanted in connection with a murder in China town and for the killing of a North Salinas High School student.
