(07:29) CALIFORNIA – Caltrans has launched a new plan with a focus on bicycles and pedestrians. The California State Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan will provide a framework to guide the planning and development of non-motorized transportation and maximize the use of future investments. The agency is seeking the public’s help in developing the plan. Residents are being encouraged to visit cabikepedplan.org and take a survey and follow the hashtag #CSBPP on Twitter for more information. (S.G.)
