(07:27) CASTROVILLE – One person has been arrested and another is still at large in connection with a burglary in Castroville. Officials say a man and a woman were caught on surveillance stealing Christmas presents from Our Lady of Refuge Church on October 19. Deputies have arrested the female suspect. Anyone with information on her male accomplice is to contact the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office. (S.G.)
