(17:02) SANTA CRUZ- The Santa Cruz Harbor will be starting winter dredging operations. Harbor officials have announced that the port entrance soundings show good channel depth, and weekly soundings will be posted on the harbors website. The new dredge, The Twin Lakes, will begin dredging the harbor entrance on November 7th.
