(18:23) SANTA CRUZ- The Santa Cruz Police Department issued a traffic advisory last night. The advisory was made before 6 p.m. warning residents avoid the area of Pacific Avenue between Front Street and the round-about due to a traffic issue caused by a broken water main. The 300 block of Pacific Avenue was also closed due while repairs were enacted. Motorists were advised to find alternate routes. The roadways were expected to be closed for 8 to 10 hours.
