(18:02) SALINAS- The man charged with killing a Salinas girl when he hit her with a motorcycle on Tuesday is facing additional charges. Yesterday (Thurs) 28 year old Andrew Lynn Bennett plead not guilty to vehicular manslaughter, reckless driving, hit and run and driving without a license or insurance in connection with the collision that killed 17-year-old Gabriela Beas. Bennett now has also been charged with failing to register as a sex offender from a previous conviction.
