(08:23) MONTEREY – Monterey officials are holding a workshop on Wednesday addressing the city’s Parks and Recreation Master Plan. The public is invited to participate and help evaluate the community’s needs regarding recreation and leisure programs, safe beaches, trails and parks, and recreation facilities. The workshop will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Monterey Youth Center in El Estero Park. (S.G.)
